After multiple calls trying to get assistance, I was finally able to connect with Kenny, the Service Director, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and an absolute gentleman.

Kenny immediately recognized where the service department had dropped the ball and made sure the situation was made right. He then connected me with Brian, a Service Manager who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly after my previous experience.

I later encountered another issue, and once again Brian came to my rescue. As a woman with very little car knowledge, I genuinely appreciate honest professionals who help you without making you feel dismissed or confused when it comes to vehicles.
