Honest & genuine people. They were able to give us a very competitive price & set up a fair financing option. We drove here from 8 hrs away & the car was exactly as described when we got here. Everyone that works here was very kind and hospitable. Working with them reminded why I always prefer a local business instead of a large dealership. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

Working with this dealer has been such a smooth and surprisingly joyful experience. From the very first call, communication was clear and timely. Every question I had was met with patience and helpful guidance. They made the entire process feel easy rather than stressful. It never once felt pushy. It felt human.

As someone preparing for the transition into Tesla ownership, I appreciated how they walked me through details, paperwork, and next steps with confidence and care. Logistics were simple, responses were quick, and I always felt like I was in the loop. In a world where many car buying experiences feel rushed and transactional, this one felt respectful and grounded.

While I ultimately went in a different direction, the customer service here is 5/5 stars.

BUYER BEWARE: WARNING: Mechanical issues, unresolved repairs, and unprofessionalism

"I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase here to look elsewhere. We purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has been a nightmare since day one. Despite having a 3-month/3,000-mile service contract, the vehicle has persistent engine issues that independent shops have identified as 'patchwork repairs' needing a full cylinder head replacement. We contacted the warranty company and the warranty company confirmed that there was no claim by Adam’s to replace the heads. They only kept the car for 3 weeks to make it look like it was being repaired given the length of time.

Beyond the mechanical failures, the business ethics are highly questionable. We left the car with them for repairs, and it was returned to us with 600+ additional miles on the odometer and an empty gas tank. They also failed to fix a mirror that was promised to be repaired at the time of sale.

If you choose to ignore this feedback please do your due diligence and bring a mechanic with you. Something I now regret not doing.

We have officially issued a demand letter for a full rescission of the sale ($10,134) due to their inability to provide a safe, reliable vehicle. Save yourself the stress and the legal headache—do not buy from Adams Auto Body and Sales."

Be very careful, they commit car fraud!!!
They sold me this car in February. Then, suddenly, they decided to switch me to another bank, this time waiving the warranty because they already knew they were selling me a damaged car. That same week (February), the month in which I made the purchase, the car developed battery problems. After several battery changes, the car still had the same problem. I took it to another mechanic outside the dealership because they knew it was no longer the battery. It was there that they determined the car had major damage, missing and damaged parts. A modified muffler that didn't even belong to the car, missing sensors, etc. When I went to them (Adam’s the dealership), they made me wait 3, 4, and 5 hours unnecessarily, lying that they fixed the problem when that was never the case. Now I have a car that has been in a workshop for 3 months, spending money changing parts and with a car debt that is leaving me lost because on top of everything I have to pay for the car and they never gave me an answer.

reply to your comment: of course it's ironic that after so many unanswered calls and messages you now answer this way because you don't want to look bad, you never explained to me the reason why there was a change of bank and the warranty was removed, you only told me that  The bank does this frequently, no one has explained it to me until now, stop making excuses about the bank wanting to make reports that never happened, I have a letter in my possession from that first bank where it clearly states that the dealership made a change and tells me to contact you!!  You also didn't tell me that the car was modified and all of that, because clearly you just want to sell it! If I had known all that believe me I wouldn't have bought it. What help are you going to provide me now? if I'm tired of calling and sending messages directly to the representative and also making complaints Through The Bank... please don't make me publish a screenshot from the first moment I bought the car when it still had the warranty until now. You never helped me and you achieved your goal (scamming) stop defrauding hard-working people.
