Daniel was amazing to work with!! He walked us through the entire process and was very patient and kind. He has a great personality and has a vast knowledge of vehicles! I could not be more pleased with my experience at Acura of Tempe. I initially spoke with Tim over the phone, who was extremely helpful, and upon arriving at the dealership, I worked with Josh C. My name is Amy Kiesow Johnson and I am the daughter of Gary and Kathy Kiesow. I need to give praise and a shout out to David Bruntz and the service team. My parents traveled down to Arizona for a few months to escape the cold and snow of South Dakota. They have a "new to them" Acura and ran into an some car troubles while in the Phoenix area. They brought their car to Acura of Tempe and were helped by David Bruntz. As a daughter thousands of miles away and an Acura employee, it was so comforting to hear my mom give me up-dates on the status of their vehicle. These updates were provided by David day in and day out while their car was in the shop. Communication with customers makes or breaks a business and David went ABOVE and BEYOND his call of duty. David also provided the use of a loaner vehicle so my parents could go about their day to day activities. Often, we take our cars in for service at a dealership with a feeling of foreboding, expecting the worst. While I didn’t expect the worst when I brought my ILX in for service today, I confess that I felt a great deal of satisfaction and gratitude with my experience, chiefly because of my service advisor, David. David patiently listened to my explanation of my situation, and he and the service team gave me exactly what I wanted. My car was serviced on time, and at a lower price than I expected. David explained some options for tire replacement, and I plan to return for that service next week.

I appreciate people who are good at their jobs and who take the time to ensure that the customer understands what, for them, are significant expenses and choices. David and the Acura of Tempe service team did that today. I highly recommend them without any reservation.
