Luis and Adolfo helped us with sale very nice guys.  I really recommend them I will be here for my next purchase.

Richard is an amazing salesman. He is on top of everything, great with communication,  persistent, and honest. He is honestly the only thing that got me to drive 45 minutes to this dealership rather than using on locally.

LUIS however is horrible with customer service, once they get your money they are done with you. He is belittling and acts like its a burden to handle customer inquiries. Mind you I am only trying to get him to complete the process that they started.

To get my tags transferred after sale has been a nightmare. I called for 2 weeks start and could never get anyone and when I did Luis was condensending and nasty. If it was a case where I could return the car and go somewhere else i would.
My issue is still not resolved by the way, still have paper tags.

A big thank you to Santiago and Luis for their incredible hospitality. The service speaks for itself - they're there to answer your questions without ever pressuring you into buying, very professional, which I really appreciate. As a foreigner, they were patient and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and even holding the car for me while I figured out a way to pay, despite my situation and the unexpected issues. I’m truly grateful for your kindness and your smiles all the way through. Thank you again!

As usual the deal promised on the first day was not as the final one,  it was just a hook to get me there, but Luis at finances was great, very straightforward and honest, he helped me doing a convenience deal at the end. The guy selling the car was very friendly until the deal was closed (Santi), after that he did not even dare to answer my calls. He also offered to help me bringing the car home and then he said he could not. He is young, but definitely has to learn more if he wants to build a brilliant future

These people are rip off to give a receipt to someone for $1000 and say it’s not refundable that’s bullshit. They should give at least 30 days and decide if they want to have the car or not. They just ripped off a friend of mine with $1000 kept his thousand dollars Now he’s stuck with the payment that he cannot afford because they’re not willing to work with him horrible rip offs
