I purchased a 2020 Yukon Denali XL from German. The purchase was sight unseen since I live in TX. German went above and beyond to make the transaction as easy as possible. Upon arrival to pick up said vehicle German advised me that the windshield was replaced that morning because his staff had advised him of a small chip and didn’t want me to run into any issues while getting my safety inspection in TX.  All in all it was the best, hassle free deal I have ever had with any dealership. 100% recommend buying from this dealership.

I had the pleasure of working with this family owned company.  S&G Motors LLC was very helpful, professional, friendly, and easygoing. They went above and beyond with the process of getting everything done in a timely manner and they were very patient with us. Oscar was great and the owner himself was there and very involved with our purchase of our new vehicle. I would absolutely and already have recommended my family and friends here.

I had negotiated a deal on a Chevrolet Tahoe with German, I asked them to tell me everything they knew about the vehicle.  He said it was a sound vehicle and mentioned they may have been fleet or government.  I drive all the way from California to Arizona to find a beat up, dusty SUV with parts falling off on the interior everywhere, electronics not working and strange items ripped out of the car all over.  Written in big bold letters with some remaining boarder patrol green was the Boarder Patrol letters.  These cars has been driven through the desert, beaten up like all hell with what looked like the interior seats changed out.   German absolutely could have been more upfront about the condition and history of these vehicle before having me drive 11+ hours.  I am only writing this review for other customers to know they are professional and appear very upfront, but alas, they are your typical used car sales people.

When expressing my deep disappointment with German, his only response was, "message received".  No apology, no "how can we make this right", just a blank acceptance of my disappointment with no resolution and no effort to correct the alleged deceit.  He acted like he was unaware of the history of these vehicles, but that was utter BS.  The amount of work they must of put into these beat up Tahoes, coating the pig with lipstick as they say, would have absolutely revealed the true history and condition of these vehicles.  Two stars for professionalism and at least hearing my disappointment in the attempted transaction.
