1994 Sea Ray 220 Overnighter Cuddy. $17,000 for the boat only, or $18,500 with the trailer. Freshwater-only Sea Ray Signature sport boat with a cuddy cabin below. It was a Lake Tahoe boat until I moved to Arizona and has been on Saguaro Lake since. It's never been in salt water. The engine and stern drive are in good to great condition, with about 350 hours and a strong maintenance history. Props Plus in the Phoenix area gave it a full refresh about a year ago. It's 22'5" long, with an 8'2" beam and a 50-gallon fuel tank. It weighs about 3,600 lb dry. Per the factory brochure: 34" draft with the drive down (17" up), 20.5-degree deadrise, and an 8-gallon freshwater tank. The cuddy cabin sleeps two. It also has a bow sunpad, a walk-through windshield, a blue bimini top and a full cover. It's currently in a wet slip at Saguaro Lake Marina, and you're welcome to see it there. A spare new propeller is available. Optional trailer (+$1,500, $18,500 total): The trailer is a blue dual-axle bunk trailer fitted to this boat.
