bought my 2013 Subaru WRX. The day after I took it home, the check engine light came on, and a scan at O’Reilly’s showed a misfire on cylinder one. Not long after, the clutch started giving out, and it now barely shifts into gear. I brought the car back to the dealership to get it checked out and then shortly after leaving, I noticed that my bumper is now starting to fall off out of nowhere. It’s been a really upsetting experience — instead of feeling confident in my purchase, I’ve just been dealing with one problem after another.

WARNING. I bought a used car from Brother Motors just one week ago, and it has already broken down multiple times. It is currently at a mechanic who noted it has $4,000 worth of repairs needed. I am extremely disappointed. I expected honesty and reliability, but instead, I got poor quality and zero customer support. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, be very careful before doing business here. The quality of the vehicles they are selling is highly questionable.

These guys have been great. Believe the good reviews. Helpful, knowledgeable, kind. Bought a great little car from them, six months later, it overheated. Another mechanic shop (highly rated) said blown gaskets, and needs the entire engine replaced for 6K. Yikes. Took it back to Brothers, no blown gasket, engine is fine. $300. Pretty good savings. Will be returning when it's time for a second vehicle.
