This last Friday 12/12 I went to test drive a truck that I was interested in. On 12/13 I brought my significant other to test drive the truck. We got all the paper work we needed to purchase the truck. We just needed the dealership to fill out the purchase order to give to the bank.  After negotiating price on the truck, we were assured that this process was quick so we could make it to the bank before they closed. The bank was 3 mins down the road from the dealership. This process in fact was not quick. This process took forever and we were unable to make it to the bank. This was due to the salesman not knowing how to use the computer system and not know how to speak or type In English and continuously needing help and other salesmen interpret what he is trying to say to us. We still signed the purchase order, the two salesmen told and assured both my partner and I not to worry and the truck is ours and we can pick it up on Monday. Later on Saturday evening my partner got a call from the dealership saying that they sold the truck. I do not trust these people one bit. They lied straight to our face. After getting the call we decided to look at review of this place and I wish we looked on Yelp sooner so we didn’t waste our time. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to do business with liars.

I had 5 different car lots to go see that day and West Coast was my 1st stop. I went to buy a 200 M. I said I had a budget and I'm sticking to it, test drove the car I wanted originally and then another until they showed me the BMW. I was sold, and they made the numbers work to my top dollar. Best used car purchase in years... I'll be back for sure.

We went here looking at a Hummer they had. It looked nice and when we went to test drive it, the check engine light was on. We where concerned about driving it. We took it around the block. We informed the sales guy. The sales guy had a code machine and we figured it could be 2 problems. So we asked if they had a mechanic that could fix it. No the guy they have only does oils and fluid changes. So we asked about lower price if we had to fix it. Nope no wiggle room at all. So we walked away. Becareful buying a car here.

If I could give zero stars, I would these people lie and smile straight in your face to make you believe that the cars they are selling are decent. I understand you get what you pay for, and this car lot is exactly that! There cars are cheap cheap cheap for a reason Because they are all garbage! I purchased a car from them for it to break down no more than two days after leaving a lot. The car currently still sits in my driveway and I’m currently out of $2200! The only thing I’m grateful for is that I didn’t spend any more of my money with them. They try and make you feel better by bringing up there Religion and how they don’t believe in finessing people, but that’s exactly what they do. Don’t fall for the trap. This place does terrible business..

Buying here was a great experience, Ali and the entire crew were straight forward, helpful, and honest to all of our questions and concerns with the purchase of our truck. Negotiated price was generously made to the budget we could afford. Would highly recommend a family or friend to shop and purchase here in the future. Thanks Ali 😊👍🏻
