Took these out of my boat to install new ones. Theres tears at stitching of the vinyl as well as some foam deterioration but all in all, bases are there, back rests, seats cushions. I used the seats as is for a while. No comfort lost. $50 O.B.O. for a pair of $500 seats (mind you thats in great condition). If you can get away with doing upholstery yourself, these are worth just the frame in itself. Im open for any kind of deals. Just want them out of my garage
