Absolute waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

This was hands down one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances — even if you’re desperate.

I scheduled an appointment twice. Both times, I showed up and there was nobody available to help me. Once, the doors were literally closed. No call, no message, no explanation beforehand. The exact same thing happened to my brother as well, so this clearly isn’t a one-off mistake.

To make it worse, I received multiple calls every single day leading up to the appointment to “confirm” it — even though it had already been confirmed. This just shows a complete lack of communication between employees and zero management oversight. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

On top of that, I was left on read multiple times when trying to follow up. When I finally did get responses, they came with ridiculous excuses instead of accountability.

If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat people after they’ve bought a car. Unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of your time.

Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Got my 2011 Honda Accord from AVG Motors and everything was smooth. Honest and helpful team, car was just like they said clean and drives great. Really happy with the service, would totally recommend them

Scheduled an appointment to look at a specific vehicle, They called me the day of to confirm my appointment with that vehicle. After the long drive to get there they tell me it was sold the day before. Why confirm an appointment if you don’t have the vehicle?

Workers were very helpful and informative had no problem letting us test drive out multiple vehicles of theirs and overall was a good experience
