I had been looking for a Tahoe with certain features for quite some time. After several months not seeing one with the options I wanted I was connected with Sam who assisted me with ordering one exact to my preferences. Once my Tahoe arrived Sam called me and introduced me to Robert who walked me through my new Tahoe and the purchase process with ease. Our experience at this location was exceptional! We were lucky to be helped by Miguel who was very kind, easy going, and made the process as smooth and seamless as possible. Not only that, but it was very close to closing hours yet he welcomed us with open arms and had us walking out feeling confident and happy with our purchase! What an incredible team they have here at this dealership! Robert and Danny were incredible to work with. Amazing customer service from start to finish. They went out of their way to get me what I wanted to walk away with, and it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everybody that I encountered there, from the greetings when I walked in, all the way down to the finance team, they were all so personable and friendly. They also had the best prices (by far) on the vehicles I was interested in. Don't hesitate to walk through those doors!
