It was the salesman that turned us off.

As soon as we walked into the office. He said that we were lucky that the car was still there because late last night, someone called from Chicago (4-5 hour drive) saying that they would be there at 9, but called off due to the weather. I talked to someone at 6 pm and they were closing at 7.  My son told me that they dropped the price 10% overnight and it was sitting on the lot for close to 2 months.  Maybe yes. maybe no.

He said that he drove the car. It drives great except for the engine light. Probably an O2 sensor or maybe the engine, No big deal. Replacing an engine is not a big deal?

Another potential customer came in and asked about a different vehicle. The salesman said that it had a 2.5 engine and they are good engines. We put 2.5 engines into Google and saw problems with the motor, no matter who the manufacturer was.

I despise a dishonest pushy salesman.
