Tommy James with his band, The Shondells were big hit makers for nearly a decade. This autobiography details James’ early life, his discovery of music, and his early career. It was his 1966 hiy “Hanky Panky” that launched his career and his association with Morris Levy who controlled Roulette Records. Levy was tied to organized crime which James recounts in detail as Roulette’s biggest hit maker for the label. The book is a quick and entertaining read, This is a soft cover edition that is in excellent shape. The autograph was signed in black ink. I have compared it with other signed editions that are posted on eBay and it appears to be legitimate. I am selling the book for $25. This is a cash only deal and I don’t ship or deliver. I live in East Whittier in close proximity to the La Habra Costco. Thank you.
