I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on 2/7/26. The test drive went well and the vehicle appeared to be in typical used condition with normal wear and tear. When I returned, I spoke with Sam, the salesperson who assisted me. He stated the price was special and non negotiable and assured me that everything on the Jeep was in good working order.

I specifically asked about the tires because they looked worn, and I was told they would be fine for quite a while. It turns out they need to be replaced very soon and one already has a small leak. I also pointed out a loose wheel well cover and was told everything was fine, so I took his word for it.

Within the first week and a half of owning the vehicle, multiple issues appeared. The windshield washer does not work, a headlight is out, trim fell off, and the suspension has a leak. The most serious issue is the air suspension can no longer hold the front end up, making the vehicle unsafe to drive.

I have reached out to the dealership several times and have received no response. I will be pursuing legal action for being sold a vehicle that was misrepresented and is not roadworthy. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

I started looking for a vehicle on the major car sites and came across a listing from Zein Motors. I forgot I filled out the information inquiry late Sunday night.

While I was at work the next day I received a call around 10am which is when they open. Sam greeted me and immediately made me feel like family. He was as enthusiastic about the car as I was and I was excited to start the process. Sam listened to my questions completely before answering and was the most patient person I have talked to about buying a car.

I started the financing process without seeing the car, taking his word for the condition. *Keep this in mind later. He was very communicative throughout this process and when he got me through the system gave me a couple options. I found what worked for me and said let's do it.

My work schedule prevented me from making the trip out to test drive earlier than Saturday. I made an appointment for Saturday thinking that I wouldn't hear back until I met Sam in person. No not Sam, he messaged me and emailed me appointment reminders and followed up when I had a few final questions. 5 star customer service already and we had not met in person.

I had a little over an hour to drive so I left early for my appointment. I arrived 30 minutes beforehand and was greeted immediately by the staff. I was offered a beverage and a seat. Very comfy chairs by the way.

Upon meeting Sam, I was greeted with a firm handshake and we immediately started going through the details. I test drive the car. At first glance, it immediately looked even better than what he said. I knew I found the right car but I went for a test drive just to be sure. The car drove wonderfully. I returned with a beaming smile. I was sold.

Paperwork process was very simple and the signing process was very quick. I cannot stress enough that this was the easiest buying process I've ever been through.

All in all, if you want to find a great deal on a car that they would feel safe in as well Zein Motors is the best. I recommend that if you are in the market please check here. The service is impeccable and the attention to detail is fantastic. Check the inventory out today and see if you find something you like. Deals on deals on deals. All of Sam's employees are amazing as well. 5 star service and if I need to replace my spouse's car I will come here first.

Run Away! I bought a car from here going against my gut feeling not to. I Heard all the promises that it was reliable. two weeks after I got at home, I started having transmission issues, throttle body, now issues with the power steering and tire sensors. I tried to call to get it resolved and they just blew me off. Stay away from this place unless you want to get buried in mechanic bills!

Don't trust the fake five star reviews - they are paid placement. I really wanted this car, and I regret it because I was royally lied to.
