2021 Springdale Mini Travel Trailer 1740RK

It’s hard to say goodbye to this one! I purchased this trailer brand new in January 2021, and it has been a home and safe space for the past several years. It has been very well cared for, kept clean, and primarily used as a temporary living space rather than for frequent travel. It has a practical layout with a lot of functionality packed into a smaller, affordable trailer, with plenty of great, simple, and useful features. Highlights * 22 ft * Murphy bed + convertible dinette * Single slide * Single axle * Low mileage * Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and sink * Full bathroom with shower * Large storage areas inside & outside Exterior The awning came off during a storm. There was no damage to the actual trailer, and the mounting holes were sealed immediately to prevent any potential water damage. Awning was never replaced due to minimal usage. Suggested to install a new higher quality awning than the factory version or you leave it as-is. The roof was replaced for regular maintenance in 2024. Roof seals were checked and maintained yearly before the rain season to avoid any water damage. Shocks and breaks checked every 1-2 yearly. Interior- Some chipped paint on the drawers. I’ve sanded the affected areas, but they may benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Still look great! Microwave was removed due to radiation, non-use, and to create additional storage space (for possible air fryer, toaster over, or coffee station.) Original white blinds were replaced with blackout blinds, which are especially great for anyone who works nights or sleeps during the day. Shower has been very rarely used and remains in excellent condition. Overall, this is a very clean and thoughtfully cared. I’ve taken pride in keeping it clean and maintained, and I’m hoping to find an independent or couple who will enjoy it as much as I have. Located in the Santa Cruz/Morgan Hill area.
