Description

Beautiful hand-painted oil on canvas, after François Boucher's famous 18th-century masterpiece "Winter." It shows an elegant lady in a gilded swan sleigh in a snowy village scene. Signed and dated 1989. • Oil on canvas with rich colors and fine detail • Heavy, ornate carved-style frame with gold and burl-wood finish • About 36x50 inches framed • Painting is in great condition. The frame has a few small chips on the corners A real statement piece for a living room, dining room, entry, or above a fireplace. It looks like it came out of a European estate.
