This was our first time buying a car from a dealership and the entire experience was great from start to finish. I just recently purchased a car through Impex. We had spent our entire afternoon going from various dealerships from BMW, CarMax, as well as Drive Time. Thankfully, we arrived to the “right” one! We arrived at Impex 30 minutes prior to their close time (On a Saturday.. we felt the shame), and were immediately greeted by Mario. He had an amazing personality, truly accommodating spirit, and overly helpful! Some of the things that I would like to note: I was purchasing a Tesla, Mario was able to provide me with a $400 Tesla Charger at no cost to us! He stayed over a hour and half late (never rude, never rushed) to help us finalize our purchase. He took his time with each step, never letting us forget how huge this was for us!

During the closing process, we sat with Bryan! Bryan also actually finalized the process for my husband as well. During both, Bryan was such a breath of fresh air! He was fun, polite, and explained everything to us without any hesitation!

This was actually my second experience buying from Impex. My first being a Chevy Equinox in 2020, never had a single issue with the vehicle!

Truly only amazing things to say for Impex, but would like to shine a spotlight on Mario and Bryan! 10/10, highly recommend, if it is possible that you do speak with Mario and close with Bryan!
