I purchased a used pickup from Bracken Motors and the whole process was simple and quick. Beth was great and processed all the paperwork and payment promptly. As an added bonus, Greg was able to deliver the truck to my home; thank you! Great car buying experience!

Was looking for a good quality used vehicle and fair price low miles. Bracken didn't let me down. Their no pressure down to earth service I ended up purchasing a 2004 jeep grand cherokee special edition 4.0 with 97000 miles. Great condition! Few bugs to iron out but overall I'm happy 😊

I purchased a vehicle here yesterday 🙌 great experience, great people, and the car was exactly as advertised. Thanks! If you're looking for a nice used car check them out.

This was my first experience car shopping by myself. Beth was very kind and patient with me when going through the process of purchasing my 2010 Volkswagen New Beetle. Low mileage with 73,800 on the odometer, routinely serviced and well-cared for.

I did have an issue with the vehicle the day after buying it that required immediate attention. I took the car to a VW specialist, they were able to get the part and repair same day. Freshly cracked radiator. Had a full inspection done, the mechanic said everything else looked great.

Running smoothly now, I couldn't be happier with my little bug! She was absolutely worth the hassle. Brian met me halfway on the repair cost, that was unexpected and I’m grateful. This shop is run by caring people and I feel that their vehicles are fairly priced.

Thank you so much Brian and Beth!

9.27.24 Update: 7 months, 9k miles and a brutal Texas summer later, no issues! 👍 I love my beetle. 🩵

I am leaving 5 stars because as a fellow small business owner, I know firsthand how damaging a negative rating can be, and I never want to hurt a local shop over one bad afternoon. I'm not here to tank a score with bad intentions, but I do want to leave honest feedback.

We came in fully prepared to buy a Ford Transit to expand our mobile RV business fleet. However, the owner showed zero interest in helping us make a decision or answering basic questions. When you are ready to make a major purchase for your company, you expect a baseline level of customer care.

Customer service is everything, and the dismissive attitude shown during our visit was off-putting enough that we walked away without buying and took our business elsewhere. I am hoping it was just an off day for them, but I hope management takes this as constructive feedback to focus on their customer experience.
