Gorgeous 4 Piece Hi-Quality Real Wood THOMASVILLE Bedroom Set

This set is gorgeous. It’s been refinished in this lovely white with wood stained tops and black accents. It’s definitely hi quality, made by Thomasville furniture industries back when everything was made with real wood, dovetailed drawers timeless styling. When I took the mirror apart to refinish it the glass had a stamp on the back indicating it was made by Carolina mirrors 1963 so that dates this set to that year. Also I don’t have a lot of head room where I take the pictures hence the odd cover (first) photo. Wanted to capture an image with the mirror in place. The long dresser features 9 drawers, all the drawers work perfectly including the drawers in the nightstands. Speaking of which, each of the night stands have a single drawer and a large open cabinet space below. These came with drawer liners, I tossed them but I think they were origanal because the drawer bottoms were preserved so well and are beautiful however one of the night stands has a 2” ink stain. I didn’t see it while staging the set so didn’t think to get a pic. No big deal, it would probably be best to install new liners to continue preserving the wood, it’s up to the buyer of coarse. Just look at all the details, the inlay diamond accent on the doors and mirror. There is actually a piece of solid black material behind which really highlights the uniqueness of this set. Oh, and if you think it looks good in the photos just wait until you see them in person. The wood tops are literally silky smooth. I almost always get positive compliments from buyers regarding their first initial impressions. A little back ground about myself. I use only premium finishes including clear top coat to seal the finish, the products I use do cost a bit, especially with todays prices but the end results are well worth it. I use top of the line spray equipment to achieve the best results possible.. I choose to refinish the better pieces and will often drive a long distance to acquire them, one by one.
