Deep Purple - The Book of Taliesyn. Side 1 T107 smk Side 2 T107 smk Released Oct. 1968 • US Vinyl ( LP, album, Stereo ) Label Tetragrammaton Records ( #T-107 ) Still in cellophane. Original US 1968 pressings have heavy brown cardboard covers with a glued back flap attached to rear paper panel. Labels are a silver gloss paper with a blue "Tetragrammation" logo, and thick black lettering. Dead wax has small inscription "DLT" and larger "T107 - side 1" and T107 - side 2 Later 1970s and 1980s represses exist with same cover art release no#, date and are made in Canada with a white paper gloss cover. Vinyl is thin like "Dynaflex"and have silver labels with no blue label logo. Deadwax has crudely written 'smk" and "t107 side one and t107" side 2 According to the above description, this is an original issue. Difference with the other 1968 issues is title company name and cat # is printed on the back close to the spine. Album - small amount of sound between tracks. 2 ticks. Inner sleeve - aged but very intact. Cover VG+ small stain on back lower left corner.
