I've been here before; they were great. But for some reason, when I went back to do some other work, they didn't do a good job this time. There was a game left inside, and they misplaced it and my thumb grips that I have on my Vita. They reimbursed me for my game that was lost. Also, I gave them a list of games to put inside, and they didn't fulfill it. I had to install them on my own even though I told them to do it for me, and even the system didn't have what I wanted; it was basically still stock. I had to go back there multiple times, and they've been giving me the same excuse. I tried to be patient. They told me when I first dropped it off to give them a week, but they were doing renovations to the building. I understand. Then they've been pushing it back and back, and it took them a month and a half to get my system back to me. I wouldn't recommend them anymore. Before, I used to recommend them, but not anymore.

Update: I did this once so I hope I’m not duplicating, but it doesn’t seem to have updated.

After several days of back and forth, the matter has been resolved favorably. We received our promised refund. He even offered to cover the cost of my gas from driving up there last weekend. I declined, but do appreciate the offer. All we ever wanted was either the game or the money paid for the game.

I can’t in good conscience give them a five star, but I can say I really feel like this was not normal operating procedure for this store. I think we just were the unlucky customer to receive some poor communication and no item sent.

They have made it right and we are pleased with the outcome.

My initial review has been removed because while it was an honest detailing of all that happened, they have made us whole and I am pleased with the resolution. Again, I feel this was just an unusual situation and does not reflect their day to day handling of business.

VGS has the best trade-in system. They show you the exact data, market value, and sale point so you know what your items are really worth. Super fair, transparent, and easy to work with.

Alot of game selections and other retro stuff real cool place! Don't be afraid to reach out and drop by real cool guys working there.

Nice people and a great ambiance! They also have a great variety of games and cards! Highly recommend!
