Got home huge oil spill on exhaust manifold and Catalytic converters. No one at the dealership returned calls. This place is Horrible have videos of the smoking mess

I had a fantastic experience at AutoNation for my maintenance service. From the moment I arrived, I felt very well taken care of. The salesman, Gabriel, took the time to guide me and explain where I needed to go, which was incredibly helpful. The team of workers also provided impeccable and professional service. I will definitely keep bringing my car here. Thanks to Gabriel and the whole team!

When I arrived at the dealership for my service appointment, I felt completely lost. There was no one there to guide me or assist me. I had to park my car, walk inside on my own, find someone to help me, and let them know I had an appointment.

In my opinion, the customer service is very poor. There shouldn’t be a difference in treatment whether it’s a Chevrolet or a Cadillac. Compared to other places—like the Audi dealership where I purchased my other vehicle—the service there is exceptional. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed and taken care of right away.

I also had several questions in mind, as I was interested in adding sensors to my truck and wanted to check if it already had them installed, how much it would cost, and what other upgrades or options were available. However, the service was so cold and unwelcoming that once they finished the oil change, I simply took my keys and left without asking anything

My personal opinion with the services department is don't forget to make your appointment first and try contact first your agent or service representative for all things before you come. And if you want another vehicle because your service or repairs take more than one bussines day please call to the dealership before came. Thanks guys for your help to many crazy people's like me!

I was helped by Alex Hernandez he was extremely courteous and prompt in his response, he kept me informed throughout the process.
My only disappointment was that i was not able to get a loaner until 3 days after my car went in for service, note that is a 50 k truck paying almost $900 a monthly payment and I was without a car for 3 day .
This was the 3rd time I have had to take the truck with the same AC issue, hopefully this is the last
