Cycle City is an absolutely fantastic bike shop. Amar, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about all the bikes he offers and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit. I initially went in to explore their large selection of Trek bikes, which was worth looking through.

What really impressed me was Amar’s willingness to take the time to understand my needs and goals, especially as I was looking to upgrade my triathlon bike. His honest recommendations made the entire process enjoyable. The bikes are fairly priced, and Amar’s willingness to work with you to find the best deal made me feel incredibly valued and happy as a customer.

Thanks to his guidance, I left with a quality new bike that meets my triathlon needs. And to top it off, I scored an incredible deal on a power wheel quad for my sons. I couldn’t be happier with both purchases. I highly recommend Cycle City to anyone looking for a new bike and any other cycle needs.

If anybody got a SURRON OR ANY E-BIKE City Cycle Bicycle is the place to go!!! I have a Surron LBX and these guys have fixed my bike numerous times, they also installed some upgrades I got for it all for a great price honestly you can’t beat it within the time frame they do it in Arman and the team are professional and A1 top tier service

They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was perfectly adjusted before I left. The store has a great selection and a welcoming atmosphere. Took my ebike here -for derailleur problem ( fixed perfectly) they fixed the front brakes i had screwed up , gave me a replacement bolt for my rack ( Aventon wanted to sell me entire rack not single screw !) and while i was there the owner stopped a customer who had just purchased a bike and convinced kid to take the receipt for the lifetime warranty on the frame ( & more) . I was Super impressed/ his instinct was to be honest ( not sell relair service) All Employees i dealt with were Knowledgeable, friendly and capable- Joe, Edwin , Fernando and the Boss Armen all have my respect and all my Future bike business!
