I couldn’t be happier with my experience at FTL Auto Sales Inc. For two months I searched all over Florida, visiting private sellers and small dealers, but everywhere I found only junk cars that wouldn’t last. At FTL Auto Sales it was completely different. They have a wide selection of vehicles, from affordable to high-end, and every car comes with a free Carfax, which gave me full confidence. They were also the first dealership that allowed me to bring my own mechanic for an inspection, which showed me they have nothing to hide. The staff treated me with honesty and respect, and the whole process was smooth and very fast. In just two hours I paid, received a clean title in my name, got a metal license plate, and drove away with my car. The car drives perfectly, feels like new, and has no issues at all. I’m extremely satisfied and truly grateful — this is the best dealership I found in Florida, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Definitely 5 stars!

Got a car from them. Five days later the engine light is on. I expected one or two minor things needed to get repaired. Got the whole speech about how they wouldn't sell a bad car because they want a good reputation and their mechanics inspect everything. I needed a purge valve. Then the car stopped again. Got an O2 sensor...and a new fuel pump since all that needed was a good bump and i would've had gas all over my car. Fuel pumps are supposed to last the life of a car. The other 2 things usually last 100k miles before replacement. And i just found out i need a charcoal canister, which should last over 100k miles. This car has 51k miles. The whole thing is rusted. Everytime they fixed something, something else was breaking and falling off. The mechanics, who I've been going to for years, said I got screwed. They showed me fully rusted parts that easily snapped in two. It's barely functioning and still needs work. Yes it's an older car, but it only had 51k miles, which isn't bad. My previous car, which a lady wrecked and why I had to get a new one, had over 175k miles and was 4 years older. I never had problems with that car like I do with this one. If you go, proceed with EXTREME caution.

They are fast to charge you for the car. Took over a month to get my tag. Their excuse was they were missing some paper work and that I never picked up the phone???? On top of the delay of the tag I had asked specifically for a commercial tag and they gave me a regular tag. When I called to correct the mistake the guy blamed it on the agency tag. According to him the agency tag doesn't know what a commercial tag is. Now I have to pay for another tag. Terrible service. Now they are going to write a whole essay defending them self like every other bad review they have. What looked like an easy purchase turned into a mission. Very disappointed. My advice stay away, these people don't take their job seriously
