DONT trust these people they are SCAMMERS, my dad wanted to pay for 18 months and they agreed and then the next day they wanted my dad to pay for 60 months and we traded a car for the a van and they said they sold the car and they took the van and they only gave my dad 200$ dollars are we serious. THE GUY NAME IS ROBERTO, and the the window from the van was cracked and we only had the van for a week and the transmission was having issues and then all the workers had meta glasses that can record and they kept looking at my dads phone while he was putting his password for the bank and they had another office number somewhere which was a lady and they made us think she was an insurance company and then they were all laughing. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Don’t buy a car from this place. They sold me a 2014 mini countryman and under three weeks the transmission fell out. When I called them to see if I can get some understanding or Customer Service… They stopped answering my calls. I fixed the transmission which added $6000 to the cost of the car. The car will never be worth what the total cost is. Then when I go back to get the license plate… Do you think they appreciated the fact that I did not get a lawyer and investigate them. Because of course they want to claim they don’t know what they sold me. But in big bold letters, they sure knew how to put no warranty on the contract. They still tried to get money from me for the license plates. These people have no honor. They have no respect for their customers. They will take your money and then tell you to go fly a kite if something goes wrong with that car.

And believe me, they know what is wrong with their cars.

Now… I’m going to get a lawyer. And we’re going to investigate them. And we are going to the Better Business Bureau. If I can save someone from going through what I went through then it’s worth it.

All they needed to do was be courteous and say hey, we’re sorry about what happened with the car, but the license plate is on us. They had the balls to try and charge me 250 extra dollars after they tried to charge me $550 for the license plate.

They will be under investigation. Do yourself a favor and get a car somewhere else. Don’t trust them.

I’ll try and come back and edit this with pictures of the receipt from the transmission having to be replaced. Otherwise, I’ll keep posting this every day as well as finding other creative ways to affect them the way they’ve affected me.

This SCAM COMPANY DESERVES A -0.00 rating please don’t believe anything you SEE OR HEAR FROM THIS PLACE. I’ve been calling them for months the owner supposed to be in the hospital sick that was a BOLD LIE I drive there and he is playing dominos with his associate and looking stupid we I walk in to talk about the truck. Now he has amnesia he don’t remember me or the truck. Please don’t try to get a car or truck used from places like this you will forever regret it I promise you.

Very frustrating experience. I came in, looked at a van, liked it, and discussed numbers, but the price was too high. Later, I texted with what I believed was the dealership contact and made an offer, which was accepted. Based on that, I paid a $75 deposit for a mobile mechanic to meet me at the dealership the next day.

When I showed up, I was told there was confusion and that they thought I was talking about a different van I had never even looked at. They also said I had actually been texting someone else at the dealership, not the person I was told I was texting. Then they said if I wanted the original van, I would have to pay the original higher price.

The other van they tried to point me toward was old and in poor condition. We tried to renegotiate while my mechanic waited, but they would not honor the accepted offer, and we ended up about $600 apart. The mechanic left and I lost my deposit.

Overall, this was a huge waste of time and money. I would be very careful getting anything in writing and confirming exactly which vehicle and price they are agreeing to before spending money on an inspection.

This dealership is a big scam Please don’t buy from them. They tell lies and don’t know what they have for inventory. One sales guy came out and pointed at van and gave me a price, then another salesman came out and bumped up the price over $10,000.
