Yes there are fit rests and no the Dino cushion will not come with it. It weighs a good 49 LBS. ranging to fit ages 4-8 I believe but may fit up to age 9 (depending on the child). Selling to accumulate money to get a van for he have outgrown being able to stay in a car seat for transport. Blessings!!
