MOST CROOKED CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!  I should have known when we got out of car and walked in the door of this "dealership" that we would get ripped off.  There were a few guys who didn't speak English surfing the net behind us, the manager was a total misogynist, their office is literally one room that looks like it's about to crumble into the ground and the bathroom looks like a literal health hazard.  We bought a car for $6100 and right after we drove it off the lot, the vehicle started putting off a burning smell.  We took the car to another dealership (a legit one), and were told there were $5400 of needed fixes to the car.  Awesome, the car is worth $500 without the fixes.  The timing belt was about to crack, the motor mounts were collapsed, the struts were leaking, the alignment was burning through a tire, the car was overheating.  I could go on.  We asked for a refund based on the implied warranty law and the "manager" refused.  Unbelievable; now I know why North Auto Sales does business out of a one-room shack.

I purchased a car for my husband from this dealership probably 4 or so years ago.  They sold it to me with a transmission that was slipping after two trips up there they had the car for two weeks and finally got it back to me.  Then when the temp registration ran out there was some excuse about it not be emissioned or something.  Luckily I work in the car industry (one of the largest auction providers in the country) which I told the man who sold me this car and knew how to proceed.  The first complaint I made was to the EPA for them selling vehicles that had not been through emissions.  I also filed a complaint with the state emissions office.  After all of this there was some more run around.  Finally I called a friend who is a detective on Phoenix PD white collar crimes who advised me to tell them that if the plates and registration were not sent to me that day they would be lodging an investigation in to their business.  Thank god I finally got rid of these people and got most of what was wrong fixed. NEVER I mean NEVER do business with them.  What I see is that I am not the only one who was trying to be scammed with their Title and registration scams.

Jave is a really nice guy to deal with and does what he says he will do when he says he will do it.  Just when you might want to think there are no honest business men anymore, he comes along to make one realize one just has to meet the right people, because honest people still exist. Excellent vehicles on the lot too.

Worst dealer ever! Don't come here!
They sold me a truck, after 5 months I haven't received registration license nor title, neither the spare key.
I got tickets because of them and the owner doesn't want to pay for the tickets.
Please do yourself a favor, they're a scam, they just take your money and then not even answer the phone.
5 months after and now I have to go and get my own registration and license. They're a joke and careless.

UNETHICAL, DECEITFUL, AND DOWNRIGHT ILLEGAL! Update to my last review: we have now put $7045.63 of repairs into the vehicle we purchased from North Auto Sales in July 2017 for $6100.  For the $13,145 spent on a 2004 Volvo IN CASH, we could have outright bought a car a decade newer and in pristine condition.  North Auto Sales still refuses to admit any wrongdoing, they have not reimbursed us one penny of the $7k+ we have paid in repairs, and there has been absolutely zero effort made by them to right their wrong.  AZ Implied Warranty per ARS 44-1267 states:   "G. An agreement for the sale of a used motor vehicle by a used motor vehicle dealer is voidable at the option of the purchaser unless it contains on its face the following conspicuous statement printed in bold-faced ten point or larger type set off from the body of the agreement:
The seller hereby warrants that this vehicle will be fit for the ordinary purposes for which the vehicle is used for 15 days or 500 miles after delivery, whichever is earlier, except with regard to particular defects disclosed on the first page of this agreement."
NO DEFECTS WERE LISTED.  And we purchased the vehicle at the price of one in excellent condition.  I think it's time we hire a lawyer and sue these rip-off artists.
