This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.  Conner is the nicest guy and they got me the terms I wanted and even delivered the truck 2 1/2 hours away to my home. I highly recommend them. The truck is exactly as described and they were very descriptive about everything.

Undependable and unreliable service department. I waited a week for my appointment to bring in my car for a brake light recall service. The car was in the mechanics Bay 15 minutes. They put a switch under the pedal. The light still didn't work. They said come pick up your car. This is all we can do. Under the recall I said, are you sure you've checked everything? Are you sure you've checked the fuses and everything for the brake lights? The technician says yes we check everything server. Sorry this is all we can do unless you want to pay like $200 an hour and have us begin troubleshooting so I bring it home out in the country to a family member who is not even a mechanic and says look here. You literally have no fuse in the brake ice circuit. He puts a fuse into the circuit instantly. Brake heights work on off no problem. Self-resolved, after being told by the service center we would have to agree to a couple hundred dollars hourly troubleshooting to dive into the issue. I was literally told that mice may have chewed my wiring and I had to prepare myself to pay that if they were going to dive into it when they looked me in the face and said you have bad wiring but the fuse was bad. Here's the photograph evidence. Shame on them. You do not even deserve the opportunity to resolve this with me. That's why I'm leaving a review. You had your opportunity when I stood in your dealership- There is literally no fuse in the brake light. Receptacle and they wanted to tell me I had bad wiring and hundreds of dollars of troubleshooting

I was very impressed with Eduardo (Ed).  He did a wonderful job explaining things and help us navigate a very awful experience of the car buying experience.   Prior to coming to hove we went to several dealership and Hove was the only one that offered the best deal and all the incentives.   I would definitely go back and recommend them to  anyone wanting or needing a car.

We were very pleased with our first experience and purchase with Nissan. The salesman Tim and our finance guy Nick and Terry all were outstanding to work with. The process was easier than any purchase we have ever made buying a vehicle before. Thanks again for your help we will be customers again in the future.

I sought out the Service Department at the Hove Nissan Dealership in Bradley ,  Illinois.   I knew of Tom , one of the Service Managers there from a previous occasion, and also met Clint ,  another Service Manager, on this occasion.  Both gentlemen were wanting to understand what problem I was experiencing with my Nissan pickup,  Both were patient with me and an appointment was scheduled a little over a week away ,   their first opportunity in their schedule .

I brought my truck into their dealership the night before the appointment on the next morning .   They thought that they might have some indication of the problem by mid morning .   I did call a few hours later as I was concerned that it might be an issue with the transmission .   Clint informed me that they nearly had the problem diagnosed—— their mechanic had been working on it as we spoke.

After lunch ,  their mechanic knew that it was not the transmission ( that was changing gears just fine).  But it was some clutch in the transmission cooler that was not working properly.   They had the parts needed in stock ,  but we had to check out the financial responsibility.   I had taken out an extended warranty first offered to me when I purchased the vehicle from them .   Turns out ,  that there was no deductible on that warranty and the entire parts and labor were covered by that warranty.   By the end of the day ,  I was driving out with my truck working just great ,  without an expensive repair bill .  I am one happy camper .

In summary,  a very good experience all the way around .   Even ran into Todd,  the salesman who helped me buy the truck five years ago .  Very appreciative of Hove Nissan .  I would recommend them highly !
