Winter will be here sooner than you know. You can't buy even a small electric heater for your garage for under $100. Why not upgrade your garage with a commercial 60,000 BTU shop heater in excellent condition. Gently used and clean. Only used a few times before a shop was relocated. An excellent choice for a 2 car garage, shed or small business in the New Mexico fall and winter. No more dealing with that electric floor heater. This unit sits up and out of the way maximizing your floor space while filling your garage or shed with cheap natural gas heat for a nice working environment. $300 or best offer. No trades and no low balling. Not priced for resale. Fall is coming soon and they will be much more expensive. Does not come from the factory with the hardware. It's meant to be custom mounted in each scenario. A wooden frame with deck screws could be made cheaply or mild steel bars and bolts from Lowe's for added strength.
