It's a really fun game, you and other players roam around the house, finding items and short cuts until you find an event and look through the book to see what kind of game will trigger which is different every time. Sometimes it's all of you guys have to defeat a monster and get out of the house or maybe one of you becomes a monster and has to turn the other three before they escape, or a bunch of other scenarios that are in the book and also even more with the expansion. Betrayal at house on the hill is lightly played, maybe only a few times and all pieces accounted for. The price is mainly reflecting the sealed expansion which is out of print.
