Vitamix e310

Vitamix's Explorian E310 blender not only tackles a wide range of prepping tasks, it has a sleek black design that fits neatly under most overhead cabinets. Offering variable speeds, the workhouse blender creates perfectly textured chunky salsas to the smoothest purees. Tough ingredients are easily pulverized with the help of the powerful 2 peak HP motor, and the pulse feature provides a burst of power to chop ingredients and even knead dough. Use the included tamper to push down frozen or bulky items toward the blade without having to stop and scrape.
