I had a terrible experience with this dealership and strongly advise others to stay away. When I bought my 2013 BMW from them, they assured me it was in perfect condition with only 60k miles. During the daytime test drive, everything seemed fine, but the night I got it home, I realized the headlights weren’t working. After a lot of back-and-forth (and them dodging my calls), they finally agreed to take a look. They told me the LED light adapter was installed incorrectly and promised to fix it. However, when I picked up my car, I discovered they had ripped out the LED headlights and replaced them with standard bulbs! This was not what I agreed to. The lights no longer looked or functioned the same. After that, they completely ghosted me, and I had to take the loss. To make matters worse, the car turned out to be a complete mess. It has broken down repeatedly, with a new issue cropping up every time I fix the last one. I’ve spent over $5,000 on repairs and still can’t drive the car for more than two weeks at a time without another problem arising. Frustrated, I decided to dig into the car’s history. I discovered they had purchased this car for only $2,000, fixed it up just enough to make it look good on the surface, and sold me a disaster. I feel completely scammed. As a single mom, this experience has been a nightmare. I trusted them to sell me a reliable car, and they took advantage of me instead. Do not trust this dealership or do business with them. They are dishonest and only care about making a quick buck at your expense.
