The starter does work — it was removed to clean but never finished, so it just needs to be reinstalled/serviced. Engine turns over doesn't bind and feels smooth . and has not been fully water tested, so it is being sold as-is. Strong older 2-stroke motor known for its simple, reliable design. Would make a great restoration project, parts motor, or setup for an older boat. 200 obo . Starter is off rn. The starter motor needs replaced or rebuilt. No title available for the motor.
