Very clean, no dirt or scratches. Includes: Box Spirit Ball with stands Power supply Microphone* Instructions No remote Works without remote (motion sensing) Spirit Ball talks, plays all sounds. Eyes light up, neck pivots. Mouth doesn't seem to open and close. I'm sure it can be adjusted to do so. * The microphone seems to be missing the metal backplate that goes in the cap, in order to complete the circuit of the batteries. This can be fixed rather easily. Overall it very functional
