We worked with Curtis (sales rep), Dylan (sales manager), and Jeff, and the three of them made what is usually a stressful, exhausting process feel easy, respectful, and even enjoyable. Curtis’s funny, genuine video was actually what drew us in—and it was compelling enough that we postponed appointments with three other dealerships just to come here. This was the first and only dealership where everything stayed low-pressure and positive the entire time. On two recent occasions I worked w Sandy Perez.   She is an excellent asset to your company.
Really, for a younger person learning service and customer interaction she is way ahead of the curve.   She got me in out when I dropped in regarding a wheel lock issue and she did a full inspection gave us a loaner and communicated well with our recent battery issue.
