No legs, or side panels or tiles are included . It is new and works perfectly. We purchased many of these. It was purchased raw and without legs because our company custom built a bunch of these for a client. This is a left over. The last photo shows how some of these look if you had legs and side panels. Please don’t ask how to get tiles and how to build the table. Just Google it. Tiles are NOT included because you have to choose which game version you want. Can be used with 40mm. Chinese/Philippine/American or no name. You can easily switch modes on the table according to your preference. Table dimensions: 36” x 36 x 12” Cable Length: 5 feet long the table automatically shuffle tiles and push a button to roll the dice and start playing in 3 seconds!
