Overall, I’m very happy with my vehicle. Jose, my sales rep was very nice. I settled on a 2021 Kia Soul w one previous owner and less than 100,000 miles. Just be careful when going through the finance process, I know dealers are there to make money but they talk fast. Make them go slowly and read every single line. There were some added fees and charges that were not discussed. I was told I was getting almost $1,000 off the price but in all reality I paid more than that in the end. I’m still very happy with my purchase though and my own personal mechanic looked the car over and said even with the added fees, I got a pretty decent deal. Do your research, read the car fax, and look at every single dollar on your contract to avoid any issues.

Honestly, I should have returned the car I financed because I've been having so many issues with it and this dealership. First the car I test drove and wanted was listed at $8,999. When sitting down to go over the financing aspect, they added on another $2000 and with other fees and B.S. that should've been a red flag from the beginning. The vehicle I purchased went from $8,999 to over $13k.

Then immediately after picking up my car, the steering wheel would jerk to the left and lock while on the highway. I was absolutely terrified and immediately returned to have them fix it. It took over a week for them to fix it, and upon picking it up, there was no service receipt. I asked about it and they said only the manager has the authority to print and review the orders/ receipts for repairs. I came in the next day and asked for the repair receipt. They said the manager was off and the other workers there don't have authority to have access. When I asked what shop they use, they told me to come back another day and that they're not at liberty to tell me. Two days later they sent me a sketchy looking receipt. The issue seemed to be fixed. I should have looked into it more

Now my rear driver's side door handle completely broke and fell off. I emailed them and asked if they can replace the door handle for me. They immediately told me that it's not under warranty and it's cosmetic. There is nothing cosmetic about a door handle to the car! It's sole function is to get into the car, not some decorative trinket!!  I'm so beyond pissed off at myself for going against my better judgements and trusting this place. They are SUPER sketchy, post fake prices online then add thousands more on top of what was advertised, refuse to be transparent about their repair shop or repairs; buyer beware! Stay away from here.

I had such a great experience with Mohammad that I ended up getting two cars from him. He was so helpful, patient, and easy to work with both times. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. It’s hard to find someone you can really trust when buying a car, but Mohammad made me feel comfortable and confident with both purchases.
