We had a great experience at Autonation Honda purchasing our CR-V.   Our sales representative, Meliza, was very friendly and professional.  I was very impressed with her extensive knowledge on the vehicle.  Chi, Sales Mgr,  was also very friendly, professional, and accommodating to our needs.  Steven in financing was very easy to deal with.  He showed no pressure with the various service offerings. Most importantly, their price on the vehicle was very fair.

I appreciate Don, Chi, and Daniel for making everything seamless and comfortable. Being a first time car owner, they were super patient, really listened to what I wanted, and took the time to walk me through a full inspection of the car - engine, trunk, interior, infotainment, key fob controls and more. They also explained all the autonomy features in great detail, especially things like adaptive cruise control and the different driving assistance. Some of the tech is really impressive, and they made sure I actually understood how to use it.

With my fam and Don, we took a nice long test drive and assessed the parking sensors, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. When it came to care packages and add-ons, the conversations with Daniel were informative and felt very collaborative, not pushy at all.

I am a first time car buyer. A lot of the things were new for me. Yes, it took a long time to navigate the different steps but that was because I did not have insurance before.
