Daniel Colville did a great job selling us our Acura mdx today. He is so knowledgable about the the vehicel. He was able to share how the maintenance of the Acura is affordable which is important to me.
Daniel is enthusiastic about and caring as he spent extra time w me explaining how the vehicle works.
We also met Eddie, Daniel's boss today who was so pleasant and personable. I never thought I would vere from Mercedes as that's all I ever drive, but Daniel really sold me on the Acura today. He is definitely an asset to the Acura Tempe.

Robert/Ross and his manager David were extremely professional, patient, and transparent throughout the process. I’ve been shopping around for a specific vehicle, and their honesty and no-pressure approach were refreshing. Even though I wasn’t completely sold on the vehicle itself, they treated me so well that it made me want to buy from them anyway. Highly recommend.

I have an experience to share. The parts department to be specific. My experience includes one associate from the parts department and Elmer the parts manager. Up to now, I'm sure they  are aware that online sales exist and they are competing heavily. My negative experience with these gentlemen was below expectations. A simple, " no we don't price match" would suffice ". You're horrible attitude could have been left out. " why don't you go buy it from them" , isn't very professional. And, it is implied when you answer "NO, we don't price match". As a customer asking you this, is giving you the opportunity to earn my business or keeping it. In this matter I'll never even call your business ever again. And I'm posting about it, because something tells me this is a normal everyday behavior by your unprofessional staff including Elmers lack of interest in this matter. Acura online seems to have prices cut, almost in half.
