Is always a 5 start on how we feel when we come here for new cars or anything else.. Alejandro Torres is already a friend and Yasmany Basulto Finance Manager is the best…We are happy with our new Ram2025!! If getting a New or used car if what you need Miami Lakes Automall is the place I Recommend 100%.

This is outrageous! An official RAM dealer is deceiving customers!

Look at my photos. The dealer claimed that the oil and filters were changed just 2 miles ago. I brought the vehicle to another official dealer and personally witnessed them removing filters that clearly hadn’t been changed in over 30,000 miles!

This company is fraudulent.
Perhaps there are still honest people working there — I truly hope someone reaches out to me and tries to make this right.

But for now, it’s just 1 star — only because zero isn’t an option.
