I recently just purchased a 2022 chrysler pacifica from M Auto Group.  I live in Pittsburgh and was not able to come and get the van for over a week after I had initially talked to them.  They sent me all the paperwork ahead of time so it would all be done by the time I got there.  They stayed in contact with me throught the week and answered all my questions very quickly.  When I flew in they came and picked me at the airport in the vehicle i was purchasing so i didnt get into a strangers vehicle.  The van was super clean.  I did have a few issues with it when we were driving back and I could really look it over.  The van was making some kind of knocking noise so we instantly took it to a garage and put it on a lift and showed me that it wasnt anything serious. The garage said it was probably the breaks.  The pads had about 30% left and there was a little rust on the rotors.  Not a big deal its normal wear and tear.  I also noticed that the wrap on the van was wearing pretty bad on the hood and roof, everything where else looked good.  They instantly called a place and had it fixed that day, at no extra cost to me, so I could make the long drive back to Pittsburgh.  I did purchase the extended warranty and they guaranteed that if something happens, I can take it to somewhere local to me and not back to them.  They were very nice and patient with me even though i wasnt purchasing one of their high end vehicles.

Had a great experience at Auto M Group. I came by a few times and the team was super patient with me while I test drove and looked over the car. The whole process was smooth and straightforward.

Huge shoutout to Izzy — he was the man. Super friendly, transparent, and made everything way easier. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you want a smooth stress free process

I purchased a 2015 infinity q50  from this dealership that was sold “as‑is,” but it was represented to me as being in good condition. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Shortly after purchase, I discovered multiple serious issues that were never disclosed. The vehicle had a coolant leak, needed brakes and rotors, and the front end had been put back together using deck screws. The driver-side door had clearly been previously damaged or jimmied and does not close properly. None of these issues were mentioned before the sale.

On top of that, the radio was not working at the time of pickup, which was never disclosed to me. When I brought it up, I was told I would have to pay to have it fixed.

Additionally, items specifically listed in the contract — including an alignment — were never completed.

I understand what “as-is” means, but there is still an expectation of honesty and transparency. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend to never purchase a vehicle from m motor group.
