I was in a good space when I did my review until , I finally drove the vehicle I purchased and had to put in in the shop here where I stay and $2600 dollars later out of pocket, the warrant that I purchased only covered 320 dollars on the vehicle. I still haven't heard from the rental reimbursement people. The Sales Manager and the Financial managers gave me the run around. It was out of sight out of mind type of thing.
I finally picked up my vehicle Monday and I realized my tag expired the Finance manager said call me and I'll get a tag to you ASAP. I can't even get a confirmation from anyone.  This is by far the best worst experience ever....

Sean Wilkinson did an incredible job working with us to get us into the proper vehicle for our lifestyle. He was very patient and understanding in all of our questions and we had a lot. Sean was able to work with our busy schedules and made us feel seen, not like past experiences looking for vehicles. This was our first car purchase in 15 years but Sean and Charlie made the experience smooth and clear.

Beyond just the car buying process, the service department was also a weighing factor on our buying choice. Ryan Bensfield and his team are incredibly capable and passionate about their role in what is hopefully a very long future with our new F-150.

My experience with the salesperson and the finance manager at the dealership was excellent. They walked me through the entire process and made everything smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was that they delivered the vehicle to me, which meant a lot as a disabled veteran. I really appreciate their professionalism and outstanding service.

Oh boy, this should raise concern and awareness for this dealership. Looked for a long time for an f250 platinum  edition finally found one in the state unfortunately it was at this dealership. We had pre approved letter from my credit union and a huge down payment in cash. I believe they would not accept my letter to force us into using their financing.i called other auto nations to see if they would accept it. They all said sure no  problem. It was a Sunday and they insisted I bring a check or cashiers check. Which wasn’t possible the banks are closed. Every other vehicle I have ever purchased and there have been a few my credit and approval letter plus down payment was always good to go for the vehicle. Not here I feel like they lied. Called service manger still have yet to hear back. It’s been 3 weeks. First week of owning the truck light came on the dash. Had it scanned it’s something with the steering and cost of 4 k to fix. They said it’s not velvets on the warranty! What? I have the warranty and every component  of steering is covered. They won’t honor the warranty. Dude who signed papers with us was rude unprofessional  and plain smart mouth. Telling us we had money to put fuel in the tank. Questioned my multiple accounts that I use for certain things. Acted as if I was lying when I said I mainly use my credit union for car purchases and other bank acct for stock trading. The two are not the same purpose. Son took the truck in to see about the warranty and was told basically if you don’t like the answer bring the truck back.  Buyer beware here. I really wish they would give me a call you have all my info to clarify why the hassle mistreatment and lack of customer courtesy. You don’t have to be rude to people dropping over 65k on a vehicle

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Explorer ST.  Sean, Sterling and Devon were one heck of a sales team. They took care of me throughout the whole process.  Gave me top dollar for my trade and stay late to make sure all my needs were handled.  I will definitely be making another purchase from them when the time comes.
