A fair and honest review of my recent service experience-

My situation was not specific to this dealership, but rather an ongoing corporate Land Rover issue with parts availability. My vehicle was held at the dealership for over a month while waiting on parts, and unfortunately this situation affected multiple customers at the same time. Because of the volume of impacted vehicles, no loaner cars were available, which made an already difficult situation even more frustrating.

While the overall service experience felt exhausting due to delays and limitations tied to the brand itself, the staff at Mt. Kisco — particularly Douglas — did what they could within those constraints.

Douglas at Land Rover Mt. Kisco made a consistent effort to keep an open line of communication with me throughout the process. He provided updates when available and was responsive when I reached out, which I genuinely appreciated. Clear communication made a big difference when circumstances are largely out of everyone’s control.

I purchased a warranty from your sales group to pay for exactly what happened to tires and rims. You guys didnt get it approved even though it clearly stated what I bought and what was to be paid for by the warranty company of which I ended up paying for personally. I am considering suing you all for fraud. Selling me a warranty that you cannot get to perform when teh T&Cs are clearly met and agreed to by your guys IS FRAUD.  Then your service guys kept my truck for 2 months, dropped off a loaner a month after it was promised. NEVER RETURNED ONE PHONE CALL. Just awful all around. Wish I bought this Range Rover from the Darien dealer.

I recently visited Range Rover in Mt. Kisco, NY to have the mechanics check my tire pressure, and the customer service representative was incredibly helpful. He spoke with me about completing my inspection and other necessary check-ups, and I agreed.

About two hours later, my car was ready—washed and in excellent condition. I was extremely pleased with the outstanding customer service I received and now feel confident and safe driving my car. The representative was exceptional. Thank you!

My first time in a Range Rover, and I have never, in all of my years driving and buying cars, had a more fantastic experience than my husband and I did at this Mount Kisco dealership!  The service department has also been outstanding!  I popped a tire recently, and I was in and out thanks to Doug and his team !

The service took over 6 hours when it was quoted to be 1-2hours. I don’t mind if it needed that time but they should be honest and upfront when you are dropping off the car so you can plan your day accordingly. Then when I came to pick it up, they kept telling me it was ready and on its way, but waited another 1hr. The service guy was named Sammy which was nice but he was not upfront with info which was very frustrating every time I spoke to him. It was always “almost done”
Versus jsut giving me a time frame. And then the other service asst with glasses was plain rude when I asked him where the car was as I wanted to go pick it up and he claimed he “didn’t know the address of the service center Although he worked there” acted dumb and was dismissive. He should be fired! No customer service skills
