Vehicle was left at the shop by customer. Vehicle has a used engine half installed since customer decided to abandon Vehicle. Vehicle does not turn on and needs to finish installing engine. The vehicle has been in the lot before I started working there. I don't know what is missing and how much it would be to finish installing the engine.
