COMPLETE SCAM!!! Lies and salvaged cars for sale!
Bought a car, took forever to get the title, website and sales rep said car has a clean title. No issues. A few cosmetic flaws. Come to find out the car was totaled, didn’t know the doors did not lock until I got home (in Louisiana) AC went out in a few days. Car would not start after we left the dealership. Had a very small battery that did not belong on a car! In 3 days of having the car we paid, $9k for car, and a total of $2682 in batteries, light bulbs, tires (because the wheels they put on were too big for the car) had to refill Freon and some other stuff! Well, come to find out we can not register the car in Louisa because it is a salvaged title. Car has been sitting in our driveway for over a year. Needs shocks, front end alignment, rotors, brakes and so much more. Complete waste of money and he took forever getting the title to us! He had to send several plates by email until it finally came in 4 months later! After we couldn’t get it registered, he just emailed paper plates to my daughter and told her to drive on that. She was 18 and knew no better. She learned the hard way, I hope you don’t have too! Stay away from this place!

I bought a Toyota Camry from here a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier. The staff was very friendly and they were honest about everything  upfront. Showed me carfax and I knew exactly what I was getting. Overall great experience.

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews about this dealership—it must have really turned things around because my experience here was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. You can tell they really care about making a good impression and doing right by their customers.

I especially want to highlight Dan. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. He was patient with all my questions, genuinely listened to what I was looking for, and never made me feel pressured. He helped me find exactly what I wanted at a fair price and made the whole process smooth and easy.

It’s clear to me that this dealership has improved a lot and is really focused on customer service now. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it—and if you go, ask for Dan. He truly made all the difference.

They tried to sale a clean title car with total loss on Carfax, but didnt have a physical title just a copy of it from the insurance company

I would consider buying here again, but be aware of the car quality. Many of their vehicles have issues, so if you’re planning to check them out, definitely bring a mechanic with diagnostic tools. We went through around ten cars that had various code errors before finding one with no issues and relatively low miles. After a test drive, we decided it was the "best of the worst" option.

Customer service here operates with a “what you see is what you get” approach. Don’t expect any discounts for things like cracked windshields, low tire pressure, error codes, or warning lights. If you have a reliable mechanic, be prepared to spend time going through multiple cars, as some may look fine but have underlying issues.

After spending an hour here just waiting to get the keys, I feel that anyone ready to invest thousands might have a smoother experience at a traditional dealership.
