I get a little skeptical with smaller car dealerships as I have had a not so great experience with one. As I was pulling into west coast auto works I realized it was a lot bigger than I had thought which made me feel better. And I noticed they had some really nice vehicles on their lot. The car salesman greeted us, I said there was a specific truck I wanted to look at so he went and grabbed the keys. What I liked is he stay hovering over us while we looked over the truck and he wasn’t pushy. The detail in the inside was the cleanest I had seen out of all the trucks at other lots I had looked at. We test drove it, looked over it some more and decided to sit down and figure out the loan. I had a trade in which I was upside down on, and I had been to a few lots already and found a truck I had liked that I had negotiated to get my trade in offer to a decent value. Alex came out with my trade in value $2500 more than the other lot on the first offer. He didn’t try to low ball me whatsoever which most lots do. I immediately took the truck straight to my uncle who is a mechanic, to look over the truck and see if he could find anything wrong, he did not. Worse thing about buying a vehicle is when you find out something big is wrong with it, I am so relieved that wasn’t an issue here. Highly recommend this car lot, I would definitely buy from them again.

I am from Florida, so my husband and I flew out here and the team at West Coast was so accommodating. Worth the trip, Ethan was fantastic to work with, and Steven was so friendly and thorough.

Alex is awesome!  I worked with Alex Coutin of West Coast Autoworks to purchase a pre-owwned Porsche Cayman.  I had been browsing ads and calling dealerships for months; in almost every case, it ad was a bait-and-switch, there were ridiculous hidden fees, or it was just an outright scam.
From day one, Alex did everything I asked to to earn my trust, including a video walk-around at the dealership.   There was a lot of dialog because I live in South Carolina, on the other side of the country, in South Carolina.  From day one, Alex communicated all of the taxes and fees(which were reasonable), and an out-the-door-price that that never changed.  He answered every time I called, even when he was on vacation!  When the car arrived it as beautiful, and meticulously clean, and there were no CEL or leaks or other major issues.
