Vintage Top From China By Peony. Brand New (Never Been Used)

This was bought in China in the 1960’s or 70’s. Good condition. It has been in storage for 50 plus years and I took it out of the bag to photograph. Approximately 18 inches pit to pit. 23 inches top of the collar to the bottom. 20 inches from the bottom of the shoulder to the bottom. Why is it brand new? Many of the vintage items came from my friend’s Great Uncle who was a U.S. merchant marine and later worked for U.S. American President’s Line. He traveled the world 27 times and the main ports were in Hong Kong, Japan, India, and more. Items were in storage with the majority of the items still in their original packaging and unopened.
