This is my third time shopping with Ornate Home, and my experience has been consistently great.

My first purchase was a bedroom set, and everything was delivered and assembled perfectly at my apartment in Brea, Orange County. The second time, I ordered a dining room set, chairs, and a buffet. There was a lead time for the buffet, which I was informed about right after placing the order online. They offered two separate deliveries, but I chose to wait so everything could arrive together. Their customer service answered every call when I reached out for updates, and the entire process went smoothly.

This time, with summer coming, I purchased an outdoor dining table for my BBQ area and a patio set for the backyard. Once again, the experience was excellent. My calls were never missed or dropped, and every time I place an order online, I receive a call or text to confirm the details.

I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. If a delivery timeframe is clearly communicated upfront and the company delivers within that timeframe, that’s good service. Furniture delivery isn’t like ordering pizza—it takes planning and logistics.

If you’re looking for a reliable furniture store serving Orange County and offering nationwide delivery, Ornate Home has been a great experience for me every time.

Robert and Herbert did a phenomenal job assembling my daughters’ new bunk beds! They were professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship gave me complete confidence that everything was assembled safely and securely.

They were friendly, respectful, and left the area spotless when they were finished. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it definitely shows. We would recommend Robert and Herbert to anyone looking for quality furniture assembly. Five stars all the way!

They were awesome! I was nervous to order from them because delivery was out of state and all their reviews for it weren’t the best but these guys were great! The couch came earlier than expected, no damage and they were very responsive to all of my emails! I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending them as well.

Robert and Herbert were courteous, friendly, and did a fantastic job delivering and setting everything up.  Absolutely love the furniture and saved a ton purchasing through Ornate Homes.  Had never heard of them and wasn’t sure what to expect.  It was a seamless process. I live in Oceanside.  I ordered online on 05/12/26 and had everything here and setup by 05/19/26.  💯 satisfied!
