Late 2012 iMac model a1418 cracked screen still works perfectly was purchased in this condition screen was already pulled previous person tore the LCD Cable so you will need a new one I pull the cable out of my Mac to verify that the screen still works you will need to buy new adhesive to place screen back on properly if I were you I would just swap out the hard drive to SSD and add another SSD (Original one was pulled) and upgrade the cpu while it’s open cuz it’s gonna be a pain in the ass to reopen it again adding ssd and changing cpu will boost it’s speed although it’s speed isn’t bad as is current OS is Catalina but I believe if you swap cpu it will run Big Sur I’m willing to trade for 27 inch late 2013 or MacBook Air Model a1932 MacBook can be damaged just no activation lock just talk to me let’s see if we can work something out I understand I don’t have a golden egg I can also throw in a 2007 iMac and a 2006 iMac mini with the Cinema Display for 2015 or newer iMac
