I purchased my vehicle from AutoNation Toyota South Austin on August 27, 2025. Shortly after purchase, I noticed a TPMS warning due to low air pressure in one of the tires. I informed the dealership at the time and the tire was refilled, but within about 10 minutes of leaving the dealership the air pressure dropped again. I later took the vehicle to NTB, where they found a screw in the tire and repaired it.

The vehicle later developed an axle issue that required service for approximately one month. A loaner vehicle was provided during that time, which I appreciated.

Most recently, I brought the vehicle in for the 10,000-mile service. When I picked up the vehicle, I immediately noticed a crack in the windshield that was not present when the car was dropped off. The dealership’s check-in inspection photos do not show any windshield damage. I raised this concern with my service advisor, Chris Amaya, and Service Manager Keith Hennessy, but responsibility was declined with the explanation that the damage may have been caused by a stone impact. Since the damage was noticed immediately upon pickup while the vehicle had been in the service center’s custody, this has been very frustrating.

I am requesting management review and assistance in resolving this matter. I hope the dealership takes appropriate steps to address the situation and restore confidence in the service experience.

I have had a great experience. I found a great car and the service I received today makes me feel more at ease about the car buying process. The salesman, Diego, was not pushy, but moved with earnest. Greeted me in the parking lot, to introduce himself and ascertain my needs & budget.  We spoke about prices, tax, title and license and warranties. Found two that fit all my criteria and he ran inside to get the keys for a test drive. No paperwork, no signing anything, no insurance needed. The car was newly on the lot so it needed a wash and minor maintenance to release it. It was seamless and smooth. Would definitely recommend Autonation Toyota to anyone looking for a used or new car in the Austin area.

I accompanied my friend while buying a car in the United States, and we were initially quite nervous. However, the salesperson, Omar, patiently walked us through every detail, including financing, warranty, and insurance options, which made us feel comfortable and confident. It was a great car-buying experience.

Found a vehicle I liked with a very competitive price so headed in to AutoNation Toyota expecting hardcore aftermarket sales push.

What a great surprise! This was the easiest vehicle purchase of my life. Working with Ezekiel was easy, no high pressure, and they had two key fobs, floor mats installed, and vehicle detailed all before we left the office.

Did I mention there was no high pressure? As a cash buyer I expected pushiness for warranty and worthless aftermarket “protections”, and it never happened.

Super friendly, nice atmosphere, clean facility, and a good deal on what I wanted.

There was no “sales energy,” no rush, no tactics - just someone who was truly invested in helping us make the right decision for our family. It left a real impression on me, and I made a mental note of his name knowing that if we decided on Toyota, we would be coming back to him.

Fast-forward to last month, and we did exactly that - this time returning together as a family. Our situation wasn’t simple - we had some complicated timing, financing with crazy LLC purchase component, and a vehicle in transit - but Amin truly led the entire experience for us, coordinating resources and pulling every string necessary to make sure we ended up with exactly what we were looking for.

Thanks to his effort and the team around him, we ultimately received an incredible end-of-year deal and incentives that far exceeded what we had expected. At one point, I asked a manager why they were willing to go so far for us, and his answer honestly summed up the entire experience:

I’m not naïve to the fact that taking care of people is also good business - when a dealership does right by you, you naturally want to return and tell your friends. But even with that knowledge, it feels far less cynical and sometimes easier to just accept: we had a genuinely great experience here. More than that, we had a human experience - the kind that feels increasingly rare - and one that everyone should get to have a little more often.
